Quick Start for Reviewers
Reviewers evaluate submitted assessments, apply verdicts, and create findings. Here's how the review process works.
Step 1: Find Assessments to Review
1.Go to Assessments in the sidebar
2.Filter by status Submitted or Under Review
3.Click on an assessment to start reviewing
Step 2: Open the Review Dashboard
The review dashboard shows:
- •All domains and questions with respondent answers
- •Evidence files attached by the respondent
- •AI-suggested scores (if enabled)
- •Space for your verdicts and notes
Step 3: Apply Verdicts
For each question:
1.Review the respondent's answer and any attached evidence
2.Apply a verdict:
- Pass — The response adequately addresses the question
- Fail — The response is insufficient or incorrect
3.Optionally override the AI-computed score
4.Add reviewer notes explaining your decision
Step 4: Create Findings
When you identify gaps or issues:
1.Click Create Finding on the relevant question
2.Describe the finding
3.Set a severity level (Low, Medium, High, Critical)
4.Optionally assign remediation to a team member
5.Set a remediation deadline
Findings help track issues that need to be addressed and can be monitored for resolution.
Step 5: Complete the Review
Once all questions have verdicts:
1.Review the overall scores displayed
2.Check that all findings have been documented
3.Click Complete Review
Step 6: Finalize the Assessment
After review is complete, the assessment can be finalized:
1.Click Finalize Assessment
2.Confirm the action — this locks all scores permanently
3.A scoring report and compliance certificate (if applicable) are generated
