Inviting Team Members

Build your team by inviting members to your workspace. Each member can be assigned a role that determines their access level.

How to Invite Members

1.Navigate to Members from the sidebar
2.Click the Invite Member button
3.Enter the person's email address
4.Select a role for them (Owner, Auditor, Respondent, or Viewer)
5.Click Send Invitation

The invitee will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and join your workspace.

Available Roles

RoleDescription
OwnerFull access to everything. Can manage billing, settings, and members.
AuditorCan create and manage templates, assessments, and reviews. Cannot manage billing or workspace settings.
RespondentCan respond to assigned assessments. Cannot create templates or assessments.
ViewerRead-only access to assessments and reports they're assigned to view.

Managing Invitations

  • View pending invitations on the Members page
  • Re-send an invitation if it expired
  • Revoke an invitation before it's accepted
  • Change a member's role at any time after they join

Tips

  • Start by inviting your core audit team as Auditors
  • Add Respondents as needed when creating assessments
  • Use the Viewer role for stakeholders who need visibility without edit access
