Inviting Team Members
Build your team by inviting members to your workspace. Each member can be assigned a role that determines their access level.
How to Invite Members
1.Navigate to Members from the sidebar
2.Click the Invite Member button
3.Enter the person's email address
4.Select a role for them (Owner, Auditor, Respondent, or Viewer)
5.Click Send Invitation
The invitee will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and join your workspace.
Available Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything. Can manage billing, settings, and members. |
| Auditor | Can create and manage templates, assessments, and reviews. Cannot manage billing or workspace settings. |
| Respondent | Can respond to assigned assessments. Cannot create templates or assessments. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to assessments and reports they're assigned to view. |
Managing Invitations
- •View pending invitations on the Members page
- •Re-send an invitation if it expired
- •Revoke an invitation before it's accepted
- •Change a member's role at any time after they join
Tips
- •Start by inviting your core audit team as Auditors
- •Add Respondents as needed when creating assessments
- •Use the Viewer role for stakeholders who need visibility without edit access
