Organization Profile
Your organization profile represents your company identity within AUDIGYD. Keep it up to date for professional reports and certificates.
Accessing Organization Profile
1.Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
2.Select Organization Profile
Editable Fields
- •Organization Name — Your company's official name, displayed on reports and certificates
- •Logo — Upload your company logo (recommended size: 256x256 px, PNG or SVG format)
- •Industry — Your organization's industry sector
- •Company Size — Number of employees
- •Website — Your company's website URL
- •Description — Brief description of your organization
Updating Your Profile
1.Click on any field to edit
2.Upload a new logo by clicking the logo area
3.Changes save automatically
4.Updated information appears on future reports and certificates
Where Your Profile Appears
Your organization profile is used in:
- •Assessment reports (header and footer)
- •Compliance certificates
- •Workspace identification in the platform
- •Email notifications sent from your workspace
Tips
- •Use a high-resolution logo for the best appearance on certificates
- •Keep your organization name consistent with your legal entity name
- •Update your profile if your company undergoes rebranding
