Activity Log
The Activity Log provides a chronological record of all significant actions performed in your workspace.
Accessing the Activity Log
Navigate to Activity Log in the sidebar. Available to Owners and Auditors.
What's Logged
The activity log captures:
- •Member activities — Joins, role changes, removals
- •Template actions — Creation, editing, publishing
- •Assessment actions — Creation, assignment, submission, review, finalization
- •Setting changes — Configuration updates
- •Login events — Sign-ins and sign-outs
- •Export actions — Report downloads and data exports
Log Entry Details
Each log entry shows:
- •Timestamp — When the action occurred
- •Actor — Who performed the action
- •Action — What was done
- •Target — What was affected (assessment, template, member, etc.)
- •Details — Additional context about the action
Filtering the Log
Use filters to find specific events:
- •Date range — Focus on a specific time period
- •Actor — See actions by a specific member
- •Action type — Filter by category (assessments, templates, etc.)
- •Search — Search by keyword in the log details
Using the Activity Log
The activity log is valuable for:
- •Audit trails — Demonstrate who did what and when
- •Troubleshooting — Investigate unexpected changes
- •Compliance — Maintain records of compliance activities
- •Security — Monitor access patterns and unusual activity
Retention
Activity log entries are retained according to your plan:
- •Free — 30 days
- •Pro — 1 year
- •Enterprise — Custom retention period
