Configure how your workspace handles sensitive data, PII, and privacy-related concerns.

Accessing Privacy Settings

1.Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
2.Select Data Privacy

PII Handling Policy

Choose how PII is handled when detected:

  • Warn — Show a warning but allow submission
  • Block — Prevent submission until PII is removed
  • Log Only — Record PII detections without user-facing warnings

Data Retention

Configure how long data is retained:

  • Assessment data retention period
  • File attachment retention period
  • Activity log retention period

  • Require explicit consent for data processing
