Submitting Your Assessment
When you've completed all questions, it's time to submit your assessment for review.
Before You Submit
Ensure you've completed the following:
- •All required questions are answered
- •Evidence files are attached where needed
- •PII warnings have been reviewed and addressed
- •You've reviewed your answers for accuracy
The form will show your completion percentage. All required questions must be answered before submission is allowed.
How to Submit
1.Review your progress — ensure 100% completion on required questions
2.Click the Submit Assessment button
3.Confirm the submission in the dialog
What Happens After Submission
Once submitted:
1.Your responses are locked and cannot be modified
2.The assessment status changes to Submitted
3.The assigned reviewer is notified
4.You'll receive a confirmation notification
5.The reviewer will evaluate your responses and apply verdicts
After Review
When the review is complete:
- •You'll be notified that scores are available
- •You can view the scoring report for your assessment
- •Findings (if any) will be visible with recommended actions
- •The final compliance score will be displayed
Can You Modify After Submission?
No — once submitted, responses are locked to ensure review integrity. If you need to make changes, contact the assessment owner to discuss options.
