Compliance Certificates
Compliance certificates are official documents confirming that an assessment has met the compliance threshold.
When Certificates Are Available
A compliance certificate is generated when:
1.The assessment has been finalized
2.The overall score meets or exceeds the compliance threshold set in the template
3.All critical gate questions have passed
If any of these conditions are not met, a certificate will not be issued.
Generating a Certificate
1.Open a finalized assessment that meets the compliance threshold
2.Navigate to the Report tab
3.Click Generate Certificate
4.The certificate is created and available for download
Certificate Contents
The certificate includes:
- •Organization name and workspace details
- •Assessment name and template framework
- •Date of assessment and finalization
- •Overall compliance score
- •Compliance threshold that was met
- •Assessment scope and domains covered
Downloading Certificates
- •Download as a PDF document
- •Certificates are stored with the assessment and can be re-downloaded anytime
- •Share with stakeholders, clients, or regulatory bodies as needed
Important Notes
- •Certificates are only as meaningful as the assessment process behind them
- •They do not replace formal regulatory certifications
- •The certificate reflects the state at the time of assessment
- •Re-assessments generate new certificates
