Duplicating & Archiving Assessments

Manage your assessment lifecycle with duplication and archiving features.

Duplicating Assessments

Create a copy of an existing assessment to save time:

1.Open the assessment you want to duplicate
2.Click the More menu (three dots)
3.Select Duplicate
4.A new draft assessment is created with the same template and settings
5.Modify the name, due date, and assignments as needed

Duplication copies:

  • Template selection
  • Assessment settings
  • Project assignment

Duplication does not copy:

  • Respondent assignments
  • Response data
  • Review verdicts or findings

Archiving Assessments

Archive completed or outdated assessments to keep your workspace clean:

1.Open the assessment
2.Click the More menu
3.Select Archive

Archived assessments:

  • Are removed from the default assessment list
  • Can be viewed by toggling the "Show Archived" filter
  • Retain all data, scores, and reports
  • Can be unarchived at any time

When to Archive

  • After an assessment is finalized and no longer actively referenced
  • When an assessment was created by mistake
  • To clean up old draft assessments that were never used

Tips

  • Duplicate assessments for recurring audit cycles instead of creating from scratch
  • Archive regularly to keep your assessment list manageable
  • Use the filter to quickly find archived assessments when needed
