Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrade your plan to unlock more features, team members, and capacity.
How to Upgrade
1.Navigate to Billing in the sidebar
2.View your current plan and available upgrades
3.Click Upgrade on the plan you want
4.Enter or confirm your payment information
5.Confirm the upgrade
What Happens When You Upgrade
Changes take effect immediately:
- •New features are unlocked right away
- •Team member limits are increased
- •Assessment and template limits are removed (for Pro)
- •Storage capacity is expanded
- •AI features become available (for Pro and Enterprise)
Billing and Proration
- •Monthly billing: Your next invoice reflects the new plan rate
- •Annual billing: The difference is prorated for the remaining billing period
- •Credits: Any unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new plan
- •No double charging: You only pay the difference when upgrading mid-cycle
Downgrading
If you need to downgrade:
1.Go to Billing and select the lower plan
2.The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
3.Features exclusive to the higher plan will become unavailable
4.Existing data is preserved, but you may need to reduce usage to fit within new limits

To upgrade to Enterprise:
