Managing Your Subscription
Keep your subscription up to date by managing your plan, payment methods, and billing history.
Viewing Your Current Plan
1.Navigate to Billing in the sidebar
2.Your current plan is displayed at the top
3.See your renewal date, billing cycle, and cost
Billing History
View past invoices and payments:
1.Go to Billing > Billing History
2.See a list of all past invoices
3.Download invoices as PDF for your records
4.View payment status for each invoice
Updating Payment Methods
To update your credit card or payment method:
1.Go to Billing > Payment Methods
2.Click Update Payment Method
3.Enter your new card details
4.The new method will be used for future charges
Billing Notifications
You'll receive email notifications for:
- •Upcoming renewals (7 days before)
- •Successful payments
- •Failed payment attempts
- •Plan changes
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
1.Go to Billing
2.Click Cancel Subscription
3.Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
4.After cancellation, your workspace reverts to the Free plan
5.All data is preserved, but some features become unavailable
Tax and Invoicing
- •Invoices include applicable taxes based on your location
- •Update your billing address for correct tax calculations
- •Enterprise customers can request custom invoicing arrangements
