What is a team member?
A team member is any user invited to your workspace, regardless of their role (Admin, Auditor, Reviewer, etc.). Clients viewing shared reports do not count as team members.
What happens when I reach my AI credit limit?
AI features are paused until the next billing cycle. If you need more capacity sooner, contact us and we'll arrange additional credits or a plan upgrade — no automatic charges.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually saves you 20% on Starter and 20% on Professional — roughly two months free.
Can I change plans or user count anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your seat count at any time from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee or hidden charges?
None. You pay only the published per-user subscription price. Any AI overage beyond your plan allocation requires a conversation with us — we do not auto-charge.
What if our needs are larger than the Professional plan?
Contact us for a custom Enterprise arrangement. We work directly with organisations that have specific compliance frameworks, data residency requirements, or high-volume AI needs.
