Signing In & Authentication
Understand how authentication works in AUDIGYD and manage your sessions securely.
Signing In
1.Visit the AUDIGYD login page
2.Enter your email address and password
3.If your workspace uses SSO, click the SSO button and authenticate with your identity provider
4.You'll be redirected to your workspace dashboard
Session Management
Once signed in:
- •Your session remains active for the duration of your browser session
- •Sessions are automatically refreshed while you're active
- •Inactive sessions expire after a period of inactivity
- •You can have multiple active sessions across devices
Signing Out
To sign out:
1.Click your avatar in the top-right corner
2.Select Sign Out
3.Your session is terminated
4.You'll be redirected to the login page
Security Features
- •Secure sessions — All sessions use encrypted tokens
- •Automatic timeout — Sessions expire after extended inactivity
- •Single sign-on — Enterprise plans support SSO/SAML
- •Session monitoring — View active sessions in your profile settings
Multiple Workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces:
- •Sign in once and select your workspace
- •Switch between workspaces without re-authenticating
- •Each workspace has independent permissions
Troubleshooting
- •Can't sign in? — Check your email address and password, or reset your password
- •Session expired? — Sign in again; your work is auto-saved
- •SSO issues? — Contact your IT administrator to verify SSO configuration
